A title that quietly references a registered trademark, an undisclosed production partner, a casual "100% cotton" that turns out to be 60/40 — these don't feel like violations until a strike notice arrives. By then, appeals are slow, opaque, and rarely granted.

What MerchGuard does

We scan listings against the same signals marketplace integrity teams use — eight policy categories, USPTO + EUIPO trademark cross-reference, and source-cited evidence for every flag. Under 10 seconds per scan, free for the first 10 a month, no credit card.
